About Us

Everything happens for a reason

Elisabeth had the idea and the vision, whilst Sarah had the capability to bring it to life.

We truly believe that we were brought together to create this book.  We were meant to do this. Individually we would not have been able to do it, but together, from the first meeting, we knew we were meant to write this book.

Elisabeth has been happily married for over 20 years with 2 grown children. She loves nature and spends as much time as she can outside, citing grounding (connecting with nature) as one of the key elements of her own happiness.

She loves to ski, windsurf and stand up paddle.

Elisabeth spent many years as a tour guide, working with people from all walks of life and nationalities. This brought greater understanding to her work as a life coach.

Elisabeth speaks 6 languages and is currently learning a seventh.

She has travelled to over 80 countries and has successfully coached people globally.

Her many qualifications include the following:

  • Master Life Coach
  • Master NLP Practitioner
  • Master Hypnotist
  • Reconnective Healing Practitioner
  • Master Relationship Coach

We should never stop learning or being curious.

Sarah is the complete opposite of Elisabeth with languages, speaking only her native English. She has been learning Greek for a number of years and still classes herself a beginner.

Sarah was born and bred in the Cotswolds, UK, but during her self-proclaimed mid-life crisis moved to the beautiful island of Cyprus in the Mediterranean, where she now lives with her two small life companions – ‘Cyprus special mix’ dogs.

She enjoys spending her time exploring the island either walking the dogs or powering her way around it on her 1000cc sports motorbike, which she likens to having her own personal sauna, being wrapped up in bike leathers in the heat of the Cyprus summers!

Sarah has spent most of her working life in the technology industry and has a particular interest in all things internet. She is a performance coach and is passionate about informing and empowering people in all aspects of their life. Skilled in change management in the workplace, she uses this skill in her coaching and is a great advocate of Einstein’s premise that changing the way you think is the only way to solve your problems.

We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.
